More than half of our team members are volunteers who make daily contributions to the growth and success of our project. Without your sincere dedication and willingness to help, we could not have reached the heights we now celebrate. Thanks to your hard work, energy, and drive to support others, we continue to grow, expand our platform’s potential, and improve the lives of tennis players around the world.
Since June of this year, we have introduced a volunteer motivation system aimed at encouraging outstanding achievements and recognizing each person’s contributions. Through this program, we track your progress on key performance indicators, and at the end of each season, we reward those who have made the most significant impact. We’re thrilled to announce that our top three volunteers will be awarded trips for two to China! This is our heartfelt way of saying thank you for your hard work, energy, and dedication to the project.
Of course, being part of the BackHand Stats team means more than just rewards; it’s an opportunity to gain unique experiences, knowledge, and skills in an international sports project. Our volunteers are exposed to cutting-edge technologies in sports analytics, learn how to work with large data sets, assist in organizing international tennis events, and gain valuable skills alongside a professional team.
